I would stay with a 13700k. Good Old Gamer noticed a massive difference, at times, with a 13600k vs 13900k, in gaming. After a bunch of testing, that included shutting down cores, to match the 13600k, on a 13900k, he discovered the cache amount was the deciding factor. A 13900k, with cores disabled, was basically matching a 13700k. I took the liberty to make some tweaks to your build, for better gaming performance for the money, and bumped you up to a 1440p panel.

If you want to stick with 1080p, for whatever reason, you can save some money going with this one.

The 13600k will match the 13700k/13900k if you do any OCing. If you are not interested in OCing I would question the choice of any of the K sku CPUS. You would be better off with any of the non-K sku CPUs and a B760 motherboard to reduce cost as it will save you a significant chunk of money while giving you 99% of the performance vs a stock K version of the same CPU. The 4070 ti is much more powerful and power efficient than the 6950 XT and has some more useful features. A 1000w PSU will be more expensive and keep your PC the higher parts of its efficiency curve (40%-70% usage). The cheaper Gigabyte motherboard will also be fine. Some other small price cuts all make room for the 4070 ti.
