CPU for a ati radeon 7790

HI I am planning to buy an ati radeon 7790 but in the review i saw that my cpu will bottleneck my gpu
my specs
Amd athlon 2 x2 240 @2.80ghz
corsair vengance 4 gb ddr3 ram
segate barracuda 500 gb hdd
corsair vs550 smps
digilite dl96gm gs3 fx mobo
can you suggest a cpu under 5000 rupees(indian)

For 5000 rupees, the best processor for that socket is the FX-4130 (5100 rupees) but if possible, I would go for either the FX-4300 or FX-6300, with preference for the FX-6300, but that will be about 6100 rupees or so. Otherwise you are still liable to bottleneck your GPU. I hope this helps
