Hello, im in market for a new CPU,
my current rig is:
Fx 8350
Gtx 660
16 gb of ram

So the thing is i read on internet that i7 4790k is kinda beast for evrything, it have 4 powerfull cores and is still reccomended.

But now when the new CPUs are comming in 2017 i really dont know what to buy. The thing is i can get an 1150 mobo for around 90 € and a new i7 4790k is 370€

So i wonder will i7 4790k last for 5 years or is better too buy 1151 socket for future.

My budget us 1000€ but in that budget is included the gtx 1080.

It's better to buy socket 1151. The games you listed are not well threaded at all and would run just as well on an i3 as an i7, though if you pick up other games in the future you may want a CPU with more cores.

A Skylake i3 has something like 75-100% faster performance per clock than your FX, so you could expect a near doubling in performance in those particular games by moving over to an i3 6100. Otherwise, an i5 6500 or i7 6700 paired with an inexpensive B150 motherboard are good values, and an i7 6700K + Z170 chipset is the king of the hill.
