Question CPU for ASUS Z270(thanks!)

Hi all. Current specs
I5-7600k @overclocked to 4.3 w/ AIO Cooler
GTX 1660 OC
32 GB Corsair DDR4
ASUS Z270

I’m looking to upgrade my CPU to get rid of the massive bottle neck. 4 cores just isn’t cutting it in games like battlefield or destiny. Any recommendations?

Also, should I have an expert do the installation if I’ve never done one before? Kind of scared I’ll bend the pins on the mobo.
