Either will do. A custom heatsink like Evo 212 will keep amd fx processor in check. I5 4690k > fx 8350/8320.

I would recommend an i5-4690k. It has better single-core performance for basic Windows tasks.

For gaming I would get an 4690K it's a bit better in most games then its AMD counterpart.
