CPU for gaming

Hi guys. AMD FX 6300 or i5 3350? Which is better for upcoming games? Also if i choose 6300 won't it bottelnecks my GTX 770?

I would deffinately choose the intel CPU. But if you are someone who likes to overclock just go with the FX.

Go with the AMD, no questions ask... No, just kidding , but really get the AMD because its cheap but the performance you get is pretty d*rn good, plus its six core, great for multitasking, video editing and also live stream.. BUT it still depends on your build itself.

The Intel core i5 is hands down the better CPU.
The Core i5 3350 is from the previous generation of Intel CPUs, but there is no huge improvement in the latest generation.
Consider the Core i5 4440 if you do want the current generation.
You need a socket 1155 motherboard for the 3350 or a socket 1150 motherboard for the 4440.
