Cpu for gigabyte ga-945gcmx-s2

My friend has this motherboard and gigabyte nvidia geforce gtx 210 and he gets very low fps so maybe his processor or the graphics card so he is asking for a good cpu for gaming and his buget 30$ and thanks

You can't get a good CPU for $30. Maybe an old Pentium 4 LOL.

for $30 you arent looking at much other than a used Q6600 which will do or maybe a Core2Duo but i recommend saving up to buy a new GPU as well

LGA 775 so we're talking Core2 Duo or Quad. There's not going be much improvement to be had. And $30 isn't going to get an worthwhile upgrade in graphics.

Agreed. You're not going to get anything for that motherboard for only $30. It's a gimped motherboard anyway. It won't accept any quad-core processors. Best you could probably do (and it's certainly not worth the cost) would be something like a Core2Duo E6700 and a Geforce GT730.
