CPU for GTX 1060

Hey guys, I currently purchased a gtx 1060 but I only get around 80 fps on league of legends and 40 fps on other games such as fallout 4 etc, (because of my cpu amd a8 6600k)

What cpu would be the best for getting around 70 fps in ultra on games like fallout and gta? Thanks.

Would this get me a good stable 70-80 fps on any game? i have a 144hz monitor so i need 60+
