Hi hope someone can help me. What is the biggest processor that my hp pavilion dv2120us will support?

Only the one that it comes with, upgrading this processor does not produce a substantial increase in performance.
It's time to think quad core, but a quad core will not run in that machine.

The only thing you can do to speed up the laptop is to up the RAM to it's 2 gig max.
RAM is the only upgrade listed on HPs web site for your model.
