what the best cpu that fits on an ITX board that will run windows 10 and a single karaoke program, my dual core laptop lags a lot.

Maybe start with a Ryzen 5700G, or even an Intel i3-12100F. That would probably handle everything you need and then some.

If you know how to code, you could probably get away with a Raspberry Pi for that kind of usage.

my budget for the whole system is1000 and it requires 2 hdmi ports I have the 1u chassis already
