I have lga 1155 and i3 3210 cpu
I am plannning on buing a new (or used) cpu
These are the options
I7 3770 for 90$
I7 2600 for 60-65$
I5 3470 for 30$
New Ryzen 2600 for 150$ + 40-50$ for motherboard
My questions:

percentage performance diference betwen each of those and which is best buy for gaming mainly, and multitasking

Is i5 3470 good to pair up with r9 285
And gtx 1060 later when i upgrade

Just remember you'll also need new RAM upgrading to Ryzen.

The GTX 1060 6G would be the better upgrade from a R9 285 (obviously not the 3G).

You'll find the Ryzen is the best choice of all, because it's newer architecture and effectively runs at the same speed s the 3770 but with 2 more cores and 4 more threads.

Even a Ryzen 1600, would be a solid upgrade, over what you have, and set you up for a Ryzen 3000 upgrade, later on. As stated, you will need ddr4 ram, though, for such an upgrade. If you have a microcenter nearby, you can get an even better deal.
