instead of GTX 980 Ti and Fractal Design Define S case , will you suggest me another ones? because case is not available in India and i cant spend that much on Graphic Card , My Budget for graphic card is 300-350$.

It's confusing because you have an $1800 budget for the CPU, but Dulith1118 suggested a $370 CPU. Then your budget is $1800 for the whole system, not $1800 for the CPU.

And any case would be fine as long as it can fit the mobo which most ATX case should do...
and if u dnt have the money for 980ti (ur budget was 1800 and 980ti sits pretty well there) get a 970 then
