Question Cpu for rtx 2060

Hello, I was thinking about buying my first gaming pc (I'm currently using gaming "gaming" laptop ) . After few hours of searching for graphics card, I found rtx 2060. The question is what's the best cpu for this gpu. I'm playing mostly Cs:Go, Lol and fortnite. I heard that amd cpus aren't so good in Cs:Go. I'm playing on 4:3 at low resolution and wondering about 144hz monitor for this pc.

I would buy the ryzen 2600 if you are willing to overclock. If you don't want to overclock I would get the ryzen 2600 x. If you want to go with Intel. Any of the six core 8th or 9th generation CPU would be a good match.

I have a Ryzen 5 2600 Oc'd to 3.9 GHz for daily (24/7) use and an MSI 1660 Ti Armor OC and I run current games set at Ultra on a 60 Hz 1080p monirtor and I get anywhere from 85 to 120 + fps.
My GPU get almost maxed out (80-98%) with my CPU only in the mid 30% up to maybe 50-60% range of use when running more demanding games.
So if you go AMD a Ryzen 5 2600 or above would work well with that GPU.

I'm not up on the current Intel chips so I'll let others recommend the best Intel chip to pair with that GPU.

Any 6 or 8 core Ryzen should do 144hz all day long in csgo with a 2060. You'd probably get more out of a 9600k or 8700 but you'd spend twice as much. A 9400f might do slightly better than a r5 2600 but probably not worth losing the extra 6 threads for. The 1600 for $80 paired with -$30 motherboard bundle from Micro Center is unbeatable if you have one in your area.
