Question cpu for RTX 2070

i have
MPG Z690 CARBON WIFI 12nd 13rd 14th gen
cpu i5 12500t
graphic card- gigabyte rtx 2070
ram 32gb 6000mhz
monitor is 1440p

i want to upgrade my cpu keep bottlenecking and works well with my graphic card i got a budget of £200
what u guys recommend??

but for about £100 more and a BIOS update you can go with the i7's from the 14th Gen. How are you cooling the processor at this moment of time? Make and model of your case? You will need to add the cost of a CPU cooler in there too.
