cpu for streaming

well i want to get a second pc for streaming and was wondering how to go about it should i get and old i7 or new i7 or should i go with an 8 core amd ?

which i7 right now i have an i5 3570k @4.2 ghz but i dont want to run at almost full load it works great and i can stream in hd with no frame drops and my temps stay below 55c i jus dont want to have my i5 at 80%-90% load all the time even tho intel said i would be fine aslong as my temps are in check

gtx 660 with +250mhz oc 2gb i was thinking of getting the gtx 780 6gb vram

i dont want to change the i5 im going to build another pc just for streaming so i can play on my i5 and stream with the other one
