Question CPU freezes and suddenly restarts

I have a PC that idles for almost 3 yrs but thats not the case now since I ran it fine again after 1 month. Just saying to inform you.

Right now my PC suddenly freezes and randomly restart.

I have a suspicion amd this are my findings based on my observation.

Fan of PSU are ticking and processor fan I guess. The fan boost its speed the time I browse or play games at random time. Idk why but I guess the pc is being stressed?

Maybe overheating issue? But even when newly opened it takes a while to open the browser. So its not just hardware issue isnt it?

Today my pc freezes, restarted and took forever to start up. I tried the safemode but the program says

System32.blahblah opened, something like that and I failed to startup

So i choose the run the recent configuration that work instead of safemode and I succeed. I immediately system restore to early time and thats what I am now.

Anyone know the cause of my problem?

Overheating?
Hardwarw problems?
Software problem?

I cleaned my pc already except the psu.

Ive also scanned anti virus and 4 malware on malwarebytes before I system restore again to early time. Im still getting random restarts hmm not too often but i felt like this is something to worry.

Any thougts?

processor: AMD A4-4020

mobo: emaxx EMX-A55FM2HD-iCafe

memory: crucial 8gb stick 1333mhz
(newly bought one, previously kingston 2gb 1333mhz)

GPU: nvidia geforce 210
