As you read from the title my Cpu Frequency drops to 0,80 GHz and I don't know how to fix it!
I tried EVERYTHING from high performance power plan to undervolting.
Tried throttlestop and still no results.
I use an Acer Nitro AN515-52 with:
GTX 1050 ti 4 gb
i7-8750H
16 GB ram
Windows 10
I play Call Of Duty Black Ops 4 and my cpu temperature gets up to 95 C
I am getting crazy pls help!

Solution
Use ThrottleStop to undervolt the CPU Core and CPU Cache by -100 mV. That will reduce the amount of heat and the amount of throttling. Also disable BD PROCHOT on the main screen and in the FIVR window, check off the Disable and Lock Turbo Power Limits feature. After all this, if your CPU is still overheating you can reduce its maximum speed. In the FIVR window all you need to do is reduce the Turbo Power Limit values.

It is thermal throttling

I am planning om taking the laptop to a care center but for now still suffering

i believe your CPU Fan may not spin inside, either that or it have no thermal paste there at all, i would suggest you to use the warranty, 95C means that your CPU overheats and triggers the throttling, don't use high performance plan as it may damage your cpu further, don't use throttlestop as you may kill your cpu that way, instead - go to performance and manually write min & max to 5% there, that way it will always be at 0.8GHz, always keep it at 0.8GHz till you will hand it to the warranty.
