Cpu fused to heat sink

I work for a repair shop and someone came in yesterday because their computer wouldn’t boot, so I go to reseat the cpu and it’s fused to the heat sink, I soaked it in isopropyl alcohol over night and that didn’t do anything to help, tried twisting it, tried dental floss, any ideas on how to get this off?

did you try with a air dryer to loose him from cpu .
