So what happen is that this PC which I bought from asus(UN62V) is using i7-4600u @ 3.3Ghz. When it's full load it get 92degree and the Core Temp says it's too high. But if it's 0%, it's still get 40degree, but it always at 70degree. So what should I do?

Solution
There are very expensive ones which can get you like 5Kelvin lower temperatures, but the cheap ones will do fine too. I prefer arctic MX-2 because it´s really cheap here.

You are using a mini PC and have no place left in your enclosure for an after market cooler. Enter into the BIOS. There are two things you can do. Tweak the fan curve (Power menu, HW Monitor Configuration) or lower the CPU voltage (under-clocking).

But the problem is, The voltage is already low, the highest is 1v, the lowest is like 0.7v, the fan I already set it to full load which is 5000rpm, so another solutions?

I guess this is compromise you make when downsizing a computer - bad thermals. You can try to run it without the top (or wherever the cpu cooler is situated) cover.

but I need to take hole mothermoard then I can see the cooler... the metal inside is already brownXD
And plus I didn't wanted to take of the top that if water goes top of it, the motherboard breaks.......

How old is the system?

How did you test the 100% usage?

40 at idle to 70°C under load is normal for this kind of system.

e.g. this one, just a 7,5Watt CPU installed though: (your I7 = 15W)

Remove dust from the vent slots, clean it

eventually reapply thermal paste between CPU and cooler

BIOS is on which version? 1002 would be the latest

use the menu ez-flash within BIOS and an usb flash drive with the unzipped BIOS file on it to update

chipset and video driver is installed from this site?

Not true - there's plenty of aftermarket coolers available for mITX configurations:

- Noctua NH-L9i: https://pcpartpicker.com/product/xxphP6/noctua-cpu-cooler-nhl9i
- Cryorig C7: https://pcpartpicker.com/product/Lbhj4D/cryorig-cpu-cooler-c7
- Prolimatech PROSAM-17: https://pcpartpicker.com/product/nkMFf7/prolimatech-cpu-cooler-prosam17
- Silverstone AR05: https://pcpartpicker.com/product/cgX2FT/silverstone-cpu-cooler-ar05

You can get any of those and be good. Just make sure it fits the case and CPU socket. Removing the original CPU fan may void the warranty but the system may already be past warranty.

In an ITX case very well. Have you googled what OP uses? http://static.nix.ru/autocatalog/barebone/319093_2235_draft_large.jpg
Can you link something that fits a NUC?

Oh I didn't see that it was an NUC, I thought it was an ITX PC. My mistake.

Would I get the temperature low if I do use a out stage GPU? Cause I can use the Mini-PCI to use one, And I heard some youtuber says that the temp will be low...... Or I buy a mITX case? And buy a new cooler for it?

I tested the 100% usage with AIDA64 and antimalware, and I see the AIDA64, it shows 92 degree... I think would it be wrong? then I downloaded another thing called core temp and it's same...

aida92 is a strest test tool to check if it´s a stable system or not. How hot is it getting in normal use?
Try prime95 version 26.6 (option smallFFT) with core temp.

An additional gpu should raise temperature in the case, the CPU could get a bit colder, like 5°C

I still think you don´t have a heat problem. If the system works stable, all is fine. The CPU works till 100°C and would shutdown or throttle automatically, till then, you won´t have to intervene

So basically I never shut down while using at ALL, but the frequency GET lower while it get 92degree! like I can get 3.3Ghz @ 0% usage, bug in 92degree I only get 2.7Ghz... And GPU will also lag...

that´s normal too, because of the turbo mode of Intel. If only one core is used, the max. turbo speed 3,3GHz will be reached. If bothe cores are used, the frequency will "drop" not "throttle" to 2,9GHz. If you get only 2,7GHz, your CPU is indeed throttling because of thermal conditions.

Did you clean the vent slots and reapply the thermal paste yet?

SO IS THERE any suggested thermal paste? cause I've seen linux tech tips says that there is different levels of it... Which should I choose?

The Artic MX-4 is considered one of the best thermal pastes.
