CPU gets hot so quickly

everything was fine till i start to notice that my cpu start to get hot very quickly.everything is working fine and tempurature is normal and i dont know whats wrong
any tips?

on the after market cooler. make sure in on tight...if there was plastic film covering the cpu paste did you remove it. and did you paste up the cooler. with the cooler on right the cpu should be at 30-40c.

my temp usually stays around 40-50? usually it gets kind hot within a hour?

At less than 80°C there are no issues. 50°C is really cool for a CPU.
