cpu going crazy

swtich from I7 3770k to I5 6600k and to do that i also had to switch MB.(my asus z77 died)
after switching my cpu has been running at 100%. It'll settle down to normal then have spikes here and there

gtx 670
8 gb of ram
I5 6600k
