CPU GOiNG CRAZY!

So recently I've noticed that my CPU's usage is bouncing for no obvious reason. This is idling. Any solutions?

For example if I play CS:GO PC tends to get really hot. It never happened before, it used to be just warm.

What does task manager say is using your CPU cycles?

Go to services and see what is using CPU, but as for the heat problem, go get Hardwaremonitor by CPUID to see the exact temperatures.
