cpu going haywire

i am using i7-5820k 3.30 GHz
and this is like super weird when i ever try to run a game my cpu usage
starts going crazy jumping from 20% to 60 % back and forth none stop
games have distorted sounds and lags anyone have any ideas ?

What are your temps like? Have you tried setting the high performance power mode in windows? Are you overclocked?

i am not overclocking no things were running fine till i got the new motherboard and cpu things went south it clams down on start up and go ballistic on long duration i am no tech expert but this reading don't look good at all

but i am using corsair h100i and like 2 large stock fans so why is the temp so dam high

94c, very bad indeed, check the cooler is attached to the cpu and doesn't move, try tightening it a bit, also try reapplying the thermal paste.
