Question CPU going to 90-100% after some minutes of gameplay

my pc specs:
i7 6700
16 ram
240ssd kingston
1tb hard disk
gtx 1070
When i play a game( elden ring at the moment) its fine and after 10 15 mins my cpu usage goes to 90-100% and it starts lagging. When i restart my pc it goes the same way.

Elden Ring’s CPU requirements are a bit high ( 6-core i5-8400 minimum), since is a CPU-bound game.
Try disabled Hyper-Threading and see if it helps.

the ssd is 180gb free of 240, and the cpu temp is 50 -60, its not going up when the usage goes
