I have made the following changes in my PC:

(1) Motherboard - From Gigabyte GA-78LMT-USB3 (Rev. - 4.1) to Gigabyte GA-78LMT-USB3 (Rev. - 6.0)
(2) CPU - From AMD FX 6100 to AMD FX 6300
(3) PSU - From 450 watt to 600 watt

I am planning to buy a good GPU. After installing it, would this be a good combination for gaming?

"Good" is relative - the FX-6300 was kindof weak and not very well regarded when it was released in 2012, and at this point it's 5 years old. It should still run any game out there, but in the more demanding ones you're going to suffer low framerates because of it. You can't really do too much better without changing your motherboard too, though.
