CPU & GPU AIO Setup 120mm vs 240mm - Which gets the 240?

I have a R5 1600 paired with a blower 1070, both OCed moderately (1.35v to the CPU) in an NZXT S340 Elite. I'm currently running a Cryorig H7 which has been doing a great job for my CPU with temps under load in the 60s, but the blower cooler on the GPU is obviously not optimal. Without going custom loop, my clear choice is an NZXT G12 setup with an AIO. If I'm going to do so, then I'd like to keep things consistent by slapping another AIO on the CPU as well.

Due to my case, my proposed setup would be a Corsair H100i v2 (240mm) in the front and a Corsair H80i v2 (120mm) in the rear, with my single 140mm fan at the top for exhaust. With this setup, I'm leaning towards running the 120mm in push/pull to my GPU and the 240mm to the CPU. For the sake of aesthetics, however, I'd prefer the CPU to run off the 120 and the GPU running off of the 240. Are either of these setups superior to the other? Does it matter at all?

Solution
Well first i would put your only fan to the back to exhaust.
I would use the 240mm for the GPU and the 120mm for the CPU.
That should keep both the CPU and GPU cool.
