Will this 2 bottle neck one another. i dont know tons about computers yet. I am just starting to get in to them. this is a build that someone recommended.

Welcome to the forum, and let me add a little to your knowledge. The term bottlenecking is used to describe an unbalanced build where one part (in this case CPU or GPU) is so slow that it won't allow the other part to achieve its full speed in practice. Usually when a CPU is too slow to let a GPU show its full speed in games.

So the question is really if this is a well-balanced build for what you want to use it for. What do you want to use it for?

Mostly gaming but i will do a little video/photo editing. Gaming is my main concern though.
