Cpu-Gpu combinations help

I5 6500 gtx 1060 6gb or
I5 6600k z170 mobo gtx 1060 3gb or
I5 7400 b250 mobo gtx 1060 6gb or
I5 6400 gtx 1070 (???bottleneck???)?
All combinations are with 8gb ram. I will upgrade later.
What combination will get the most fps? Which is the best?

It depends. For most games, i5 6400 with the GTX 1070 should give the best performance, but I suspect a few CPU intensive games such as Battlefield 1 may make things a bit closer, especially if overclocking the 6600K.

If possible, I say get the i5 7500 with the GTX 1070 or 1060 6gb. Unless you want to overclock, this cpu will give you the best performance for the price and will pair very well with either of those cards.
