CPU-GPU combo for budget Ryzen video editing build

Of the following two combinations, I would like to know which combination of CPU/GPU would give better overall performances editing on Adobe premiere pro.


Ryzen 5 1600/GTX 1060 3gb

or

Ryzen 7 1700/GTX 1050ti

SSD- Evo 850 250gb

HDD- Seagate 2tb
