I'm looking to game at 1080p and stream. I was wondering if the 1060 6gb with a ryzen 7 2700x is good or if i should just go for the 1070ti. Right now the Zotac amp extreme 1070ti is at a good price on newegg. Also is the ryzen 7 my best bet for cpu (im not partial to AMD or Intel, just heard it was better for productivity)

The CPU is definitely a good choice, no doubt about that. As for the GPU, it depends on your needs. What resolution do you play at, and what detail settings you are comfortable with, what FPS you want. If you play at 1080p and in a few AAA games you are fine with running at high details instead of max(or ultra), then a GTX 1060 6 GB is fine. A 1070 Ti will give you more FPS, it will let you play at higher detail settings, and it will last much longer at 1080p than a 1060 would.
