CPU/GPU match up

Hi,

I am planning on getting a new GPU but I'm afraid I'm gonna bottleneck it.

I have a quite low-end budget gaming pc overall. But after doing some research I found out that my GPU is quite bad compared to my CPU (correct me if I'm wrong, I'm really no expert at this stuff).

I am thinking about purchasing a Radeon RX 460 or 560.

My current components are:
CPU: AMD A6-3500 APU 2100 MHz
GPU: AMD Radeon HD 6530D

I honestly think both are quite weak and I should upgrade both my CPU and GPU, but I just don't have the money right now and probably won't have it in the future either. I am planning on replacing my CPU after my GPU so a little bit of bottlenecking wouldn't be a problem for me, I just don't want to overdo it.

So the question is: would upgrading my GPU be smart in my situation or will my CPU really heavily bottleneck my new GPU

Thanks in advance guys!

Updated info:

Here are some more components. I want to know if the rest of my pc is also just too low-end. If it's really not worth it to replace bit by bit I would like to know.

CPU
AMD A6-3500 13 °C
Llano 32nm Technology
RAM
4.00GB DDR3 @ 665MHz (9-9-9-24)
Motherboard
Gigabyte Technology Co. Ltd. GA-A55M-DS2 (Socket M2)
Graphics
MD 20777 (1920x1080@60Hz)
512MB ATI AMD Radeon HD 6530D (Gigabyte)
Storage
465GB Seagate ST500DM002-1BD142 ATA Device (SATA)
Power Supply
Cooler Master GX-Lite 600W

It would also be good to know I don't really need for games to play at 60 FPS with medium /high settings. I just wanna be able to play some older games with better performance and new games with mweh performance.
I currently play with relatively good performance (~30 fps low settings, ~20 fps medium settings):
CS:GO
Borderlands (1)
Left 4 Dead 1 and 2
Some moba/fps games like Paladins and League of Legends

I kinda grew tired of these games and want to be able to run games like Borderlands 2 at medium fps on low/medium settings.

Solution
Well, on the plus side you have a triple core, that will help. It's an older one, and slow, but there are games that will run on it fairly decently if you had a better videocard. The one you're using is the integrated graphics right? Yeah, that's not really meant for gaming.

Something like the RX 460 would allow you to play those esports games you named pretty well. Those games are not very demanding on the CPU. Stuff like Borderlands 2, that's a different story. Games that use engines like that(Unreal 3) really need more CPU power. A videocard upgrade does nothing for you in a game like that.
I really really think you should just save up money for a new system, that CPU is pretty weak and you won't be able to play many modern games at decent framerates with it. If you upgrade now, then you'll be severely limited by your CPU and, by the time you replace it, there will be faster graphics cards that are out for cheaper than the RX 560. PC gaming isn't a cheap hobby, it takes some money to get a decent experience out of it and you have a processor and integrated GPU that are made for basic office tasks, not gaming. You haven't told us the rest of your specs, but I'd imagine you don't have a very good power supply either. It would really be best to round up the money for a whole new computer or buy a used one locally. Sometimes you can find decent ones at good prices.

Thanks for your reply, I updated my specs and I explained what my actual goal is with my pc. Im not really demanding and I don't really need to play really modern games, there are enough semi-old games that I haven't played yet and really want to play, after that I can always upgrade some more parts.
Maybe your opinion will be different now that you have this new info.

Btw, I bought this pc as a premade budget game pc, but that was like 4 or 5 years ago. So it actually is made for gaming, but well, It's not made pretty well. Also, like you can probably see if you google my motherboard, I do have a PCI-e x16 slot, so despite my GPU is integrated I still can upgrade in theory, right?

That does look like something I can work with :)
One question though, do I really need a new motherboard and memory? I know I can't put an Intel CPU in my current motherboard, but isn't there a comparable AMD CPU I could buy? Then, when converted to euro's, it would cost me around 150 euro which is about what I am willing to spend.

(something like AMD A8-3870K or Phenom II X4 955?)

CSGO uses a modded source engine which makes it look soso pretty, it can use 3 maybe 4 threads, with a PII you could do 60 fps @ 1080p I had one for a month last month @ 3ghz unlocked to quad and GO was ok.

A kaveri might do better
