GPU+CPU has better graphics performance and APU has better processor performance. Which is better depends on what you want to use it for.

GPU + CPU, but keep in mind that the gaming is going to be casual at most. Everything like BF4, Titanfall or Crysis is almost, if not completely unplayable.
