Hello, first and foremost thank you for a wonderful site. Over the years it has helped me with many purchases and decisions with my pcs.

specs
i7 2600k
750watt antec gaming psu 40amp rails
gigabyte motherboard z67 i think?
mushkin ram 8gb i believe could be wrong on brand will get into pc if it's important and inspect.
560 ti 448core msi twin frozr *ran perfect always never had a problem just decided to upgrade because wildstar optimzation sucks"
780 ti evga superclocked edition was it's replacement
Some giant case with 2 240mm fans on the side says xclio on the front.

Now for the first time i've came across a problem with my pc, i've ran it for 2 years and it ran perfectly. the 560 ti ran elderscrolls online at 60 fps on ultra without a problem except in cryodil, but when i went to wildstar i couldn't run above medium so i decided to upgrade.

All is well for about 2 weeks, several wildstar marathons and even a wolfenstein bender one day. Now i hear a rattle out of no where, i was like oh no here we go.... Then a clunk!!!!! of course i inspect to see if something was caught but to my surprise i found nothing.... So i reboot, and there we go, fan rpm's are at 0. So i rma the card no big deal, kind of bummed but i have the old faithful 560 ti 448core as a backup right?

Wrong, it runs fine for 20-30 minutes then seems to act like it's overheating. The 780ti did this right before the noise aswell. So i check temps and they are fairly normal, my exhaust fan died out a new one is on the way but i have the side off and it has airflow. Highest i saw was 63 out of the 560 ti 448 and that's well within it's limits.

The fps plummets, from a steady 60 to 5-7. It feels like it's overheating but the numbers are telling me it's not. it's not hot to touch either after it powers down.

It doesn't fully crash, just stutters extremely until i turn it off.

Here is a screenshot after a memory scan

here is after the stutter starts, temps stop rising at 72 on gpu, nothing else rises further than shown unless running a game.
