So i built my tower 2-3years ago, benchmarked it everything was performing as it should...
Never had any problems until recently when i noticed fps lag in games, turned settings lower to see if it would fix it but it barely made a difference.
Decided to benchmark it and check if there were any problems (results down below) and found out that my CPU/ GPU werent performing as they should.
In addition to that i checked my temperatures and usage during a game (results down below), the main thing that stood out to me was the max temp. of 116° on the motherboard which is way out of line of what it should be.
(All drivers are updated +windows 10 OS)

So now i don't know anymore what the main issue is here... is my motherboard broken and limiting my CPU/ GPU or is it something else?
Any advice/ tips would be appreciated.

- Intel i5-7600k CPU
- Nvidia GTX 1050-TI
- 16 GB GDDR4
