CPU/GPU Question: ASUS GTX 750 TI-OC-2GD5 with I5-760 stock

Thinking about upgrading my gpu card to a GTX 750 TI (currently have a gts 450).

Will it work well with an I5-760 stock?

3.33GHz Turbo speed (It is not OCing) is fine for 750 Ti, not bottlenecks there
