crap even 1500-2000 US would be hard to do with a 9900K and a 2080Ti, with 2080 there MIGHT be titles that won't max out ur monitor's refresh rate if you max out every setting. So what games and what settings do you play at?

i wish I knew
I want to play just about every type of game that’s on pc, Rainbow 6, division2, WW3, Arma, some mmos, but mainly shooters and I’m very competitive so I wanted something that looked nice and runs like a beast. I don’t even know how settings work.

ok

it exceeds the limit by 25 dollars but honestly I went as cheap as I can without compromising product quality. If that's REALLY too high for you get a lower capacity SSD (since you didn't specify) or switch to a 9700K which yields the exact same performance of the 9900K and 100 dollars cheaper if you are not streaming

Man that is a crazy build! You could do all the video editing and streaming you wanted on that thing my man. For extra storage for like large games or videos you could add WD blue 1TB HDD for like 30 bucks I got mine on sale for $27

May I ask what makes you want such a huge $2,500+ PC for? You could easily get away with a 1500 or 1600 dollar build if youre just gaming and streaming on it. Guess it really dpeends on what you can afford and why you need it.

well mainly because I’m super new to PC and know nothing lol:( and I don’t want to upgrade for a while. That being said I have been reading up on certain things. What i now would want to be able to do is play 1440p at 144hz while being able to stream. But I don’t want to hinder my FPS

Yes and you don't need a 2080TI to fully run 144Hz. A 2070 puts up numbers equivalent to what last generation's 1080TI put out and it's around the $500 range. You do not need to spend $1300 on a GPU in order to achieve full 144Hz. It helps, but anything from a 2070 and up also does.

But would it still run well while I am streaming? I don’t want to hinder my frames. Remember I am also going to be on a 1440p
