I recently got my PC cleaned. The technician said everything looks fine (including wiring). Playing Andromeda on maxed settings with my PC results in average CPU and GPU temperatures of 70C (and max load). Temperature here is 32C (although my room is inexplicably hotter). The room stays closed and the AC runs quite often too (at 24C - its efficacy is dampened by the bed blocking its path; room still is cooler).

Sorry, didn't notice the words were highlighted. My monitor doesn't distinguish between the contrasting colors very well. Sometimes it's a good idea to add an underline to the hypertext.
I'm not seeing anything unusual with those temps. CPU @ 70C is decent for the Intel CPU at load. Check out Computronix's CPU Temp Guide. (scroll down to section 4 and then to section 6)
If 70C is the GPU temp at load, it too is fine. 94C is Nvidia's max recommended temp for the GTX 1070.
And with an ambient temp of 32C, those temps are not surprising.

Yeah but at 94, it would start downclocking itself, right? That's when it can't do more. I mean more a standard healthy temp. Running games for several hours at 70C every day - can't it damage my equipment?

With my cooler, should the temp still be at 70C?

65'c to 75'C is very safe temperature for the CPUs and GPUs based on the 14nm+ node.
You should not run it constantly at 80'C, that's all.

With the H100i, you should see lower temps around 5'c lower with OC. It also depends on how you have arranged the radiator, fans.
Yes at 90+'C it should down clock itself. The GPU downclocks itself much earlier based on the Control Panel setting.

So you're saying no worries that the game will run for eight or ten hours at 70C for several days?

Yes, no worries at all.
What resolution do you play at? Refresh rate of your monitor?
