CPU + GPU Temperatures

So I was wondering what are 'high' and potentially damaging temperatures for my CPU: FX 6100 and GPU: Sapphire Dual x R9 270x. This is just out of curiosity, my CPU runs at 70C tops at a full load and 65~C for my GPU are these safe temperatures that wont degrade my parts quickly?

PS: I use GPU-z and CPUID HWMonitor to gather the temperature info.

Normally, anything under 80 for cpu and 85 for GPU should be safe (under high load). You can however check the max operating temperatures for your specific components. You should be safe with the temperatures you provided.
