i will lose my warranty if i overclocking ? and how the company will know i overclock

They can "Know" but can't prove unless you mod BIOS or it gets stuck with OC settings. Evidence of overheating is usually sure sign of OCing but difficult to prove. Also can refuse because of "mishandling" and "missuse" of components" if they see obvious signs of overheating.
