Question Cpu hard work

Hello, I will ask you a question that will seem a bit silly.. I have the 8700 play lot of game and i am streaming, the question is when I play games and more so when i streaming the cpu usage is 70%-80% but is temp is fine max 70% ...
The cpu can spoil because it works constantly? and gpu
