CPU heat issue after overclocking how to fix?

So I have had my amd FX 8120 oc to 4.2Ghz for a while and the temps while gaming were 50-65 now it has gotten up to 69 68 and a constant 60+ Celsius I don't feel comfortable with this don't want to damage my CPU . But after I put it back to 4Ghz and 3.9Ghz it didn't go back to the previous 45-60 while gaming and I don't know what to do please help.

You probably forgot to change the CPU voltage settings.
Re-setting your bios should fix that.
Also try blowing out your PC (clean the fans, PSU, GPU and filters)
