CPU heat? when doing OC test

My CPU is running on 56-60 degrees. It's working 100% as I'm testing after OC.
This is my first time overclocking, so just curious if 56-60 degrees on max capacity is good or bad.

*I'm running Prime95 and I upgraded from 3,2ghz to 4ghz on an AMD Phenom II 1090 x6*

Also, how long should i run the test? 10 hours?

Try not to exceed 60C.

YOur temps do not really allow it...

So I would say rather not, BUT the Phenom CPUs are pretty forgiving on heat, so if you keep a close eye for throttling. Then go for it.
