Question Cpu heat with rivatuner

I was monitoring cpu temp temp but didnt have rivatuner installed to watch in game. So I installed and noticed temps were 10 to 15 higher. I panicked and reinstalled fan but didnt work. Days later I remember I installed rivatuner and uninstalled . Now temps dont go above 85 while gaming . I have i7 9700k z390 aorus ultra but stock air cooler style fan

Temps were under 85 and that was normal before rivatuner
