CPU Help (Graphics Card And RAM)

Hello guys,
Im trying to find a new graphics card because im tired of my intergrated chipset
being unable to play good games (Fear 2, Fallout3, stuff like that) and I
wanted to start looking for a good graphics card to run good games on decent
settings. so can you guys please help me out because i dont know wat kind
of graphics card to look for...

i would like to add i have 2 PCI slots that are open...wud that add to the integrated chipset? or would that just get rid of the integrated graphics and replace it? and also am i able to increase my CPU Speed aswell (this is wat i have for most games) (You Have: 2.19 GHz Performance Rated at: 3.8325 GHz))
