I'm looking to create 2 whole new system from the ground up myself, However Ive got a little problem on my hand. I dont know wich CPU to get, AMD or Intel? I plan on playing heavy graphics games such as the newest RCT (Roller Coaster Tycoon), MS Flight Sim 2004 and the sims 2 just to name a few. I will also want a PCIE port for future upgrades as it seems the AGP cards are on their way out. No overclocking is planned right now.

Just so you know, it's either agp or PCI-exp, not bothe.
Amd is better for gaming, but a good graphics card is more important. The new Intel chips run a little warm, so cooling is everything for them.

I can't recommend Intel's current P4's simply because they have such an enormous heat problem. On top of that, A64's perform better.
