CPU high frequency morse code sounding beeping.

Within the last week my CPU is emitting a weird morse code sounding high frequency noise. The only thing I can think of to describe it is this so bear with me. It only does it when I am in Windows not in the BIOS. I have an AMD 9370 Black Edition cpu on a Sabertooth 990fx r2 motherboard. It has been great, and I am having no performance issues. According to the Monitoring system, Asus AI Suite II all the voltage is normal. It's set back to defaults so no OC is going on. I have not really OC it anyway, as I find it doesn't need it, nor do I want to risk damaging it. I have looked through the forums, but didn't really find much that described this exact issue.I all so am using 4x4gb sticks of DDR-3 1600 RAM. Corsair Vengeance x2 and Crucial Balistix Sport x2. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

It's not from my CPU. It's coming from my network adapter on the Motherboard. Thanks for all the help What a shitty forum.

Wow, someone thinks that CPU's make noise. CPU's don't beep morse code, they quack like a duck. Everyone knows that.
