Question CPU high temperature.

hello i have a problem of my cpu's temperature, the idle temp is around 37C~45C when full load can reach 90C, i already tried to resit the cpu and changed thermal paste, reset bios setting, i even bought a new cooler but the result still the same, could be a bad cpu?
and i also found out the cpu fan is always spin at max speed. i pretty sure i installed the cooler in the right way.

I5-3450
8GB RAM
Asrock H61M-VS (latest bios version)
GTX 1050
cooler master 525W

Cooler- OLD cooler master TX3 EVO
NEW cooler master i70C.

Can you be specific about the model for your PSU? How old is the unit? FYI that new cooler is worse than what you had on prior.

90C with Prime 95? Do note this is an old chip and can run hot, 90C with this cooler is fine on Prime95. However if this is gaming load we've got a problem most likely. Let me know.

90c with prime 95, gaming at least 85c.

How did you reapply the thermal paste?

reset the BIOS by jumper

H61M-VS R2.0 (bios version 2.90)

thermal paste i apply about 2dot.

back in the old day wont have this problem

Maybe the push pins are not fixated completely?

How do you read the temperature? Try coretemp

reinstall the other cooler again

Did you reset the BIOS yet?
