Question CPU High Temperature

Hello everyone. I was helping a friend build his gaming rig and by saving some money he told me about a program called KMSpico. For you guys unfamiliar with it, it just activates (in our case windows 10) windows products without purchasing a license. Silly me without doing some research I went to reddit where he told me he found a link. So I downloaded it, installed it and boom we get a virus. The computer overheats itself to about 88 degrees farenheit after a restart and forcing me to go to bios. I did a format of the hard drives and installed windows 10 again and everything seemed to be running fine, but once windows restarted itself after completion I get the same error and im stuck in bios with an 88 degrees farenheit CPU

and you can run windows 10 unactivated

could be anything. check all settings in bios, clear fan
