Cpu High Temps 60-70c

I have a intel i7 4790K cpu with msi gaming 7 z97 motherboard , the cpu temp at desktop idle mode ! its 60-70c cpu cooler is H100i GTX hydro Corsair , the cooler tube one is hot and the second is not and its not showing on the Corsair LINK , i tried another cooler on the cpu its CNPS5X Zalman and the same high temps ! Its maybe a software problem or what ?? im using last version of windows 10 i installed it before some day its clean

Sounds like the pump may be dead, does it make a light vibration when you touch it while the system in on? Try CoreTemp to get a accurate reading.

I tried another air cooler not one with a radiator and its the same problem

There is indicator on the motherboard itself and the Link From Corsair and now the CoreTemp The Same Temperatures !
