Question Cpu high usage gpu low usage

I am using the i5 9400 and the gtx1660ti with 16gb ram moderwarfare seems to be fine but most steam games 100%!cpu and 50% or less gpu first pc bought not built but seems to be what I wanted a high FPS 1080p

When using the steam games make sure you set the video settings to very high/ultra settings. this will make the gpu work more and the cpu less.

Thanks for the info but it seams that Vsync was my issue I was confusing vsync and g sync seeing that my monitor is a G-SYNC 240hz i thought I needed to enable v sync
